Our Valuation Service provides a confidential and professional service to Solicitors, Executors and Trustees, as well as Private Clients.

Written valuations can be prepared for:

A detailed inventory or valuation can prove to be a priceless document for all the above purposes, as well as in the event of loss or damage. The document will contain a detailed description of each item seen, including measurements, distinctive marks and restoration or damage.

The Mackworth Hotel Antiques Valuation Day in Derbyshire

Items can be brought into the Mackworth Hotel, Ashbourne Road, near Derby, DE22 4LY fortnightly on a Friday between 11.00am and 3.00pm for a FREE appraisal for sale without obligation. There is no need to make an appointment, as at least two valuers will always be on duty. Our valuers will advise you on auction estimates, recommend the most appropriate sale and issue you with a receipt. Reserve prices on items can be discussed with our valuers. Items can be left on the day for auction

Sutton Coldfield Antiques Valuation Day near Birnimgham

Mrs Carol Woods, resident valuer, is available monthly on a Saturday between 2.00pm and 5.00pm to advise on valuations witha view to sale. House Visits

Entire or Part Estate Clearances

The frequency of our sales ensures that we are able to clear the contents of a property quickly. Items will be offered in the first available sale, with appropriate pieces being retained for specialist sales. Our vans regularly collect throughout the Midlands and beyond. If you have items that you are unable to deliver to the Auction Centre please contact Miss Ruth White on 01335 342 824 who will arrange to have them collected. She will be pleased to guide you through this service.
